What happens if i lyse my cells in 10% triton x lysis buffer instead of 1%? ? i added inhibitors as if i was adding them to my 1% buffer but im scared im gonna lose valuable protein etc. is there any point continuing my experiement? what do think might happen to my cells? im so scared :(

Can you start over?  If not, I wouldn't worry too much.  Your solution will just be very much more "sudsy" than had you used 1% triton.  The concentration of the inhibitors should still be fine if you added them according the the VOLUME of 10% triton.  The amount of triton will not affect the concentration of the inhibitors, and should not affect their action.  You shouldn't lose valuable protein because triton is merely a detergent used to solubilize protein, not destroy it.
