  1. $13000!!  I would die.  You can despite it like the second person said, but I doubt they will give you any slack on the bill.  When you signed the papers, you didn't read them, did you?  They will hold you to that.  You are going to have to pay this bill sooner or later.

  2. lol.  good luck with that one.

  3. I'd say there's a good chance they will hunt you down. I'd say you shoudl prepare yourself for some serious hurting.

caveat emptor (ever heard of that?)

  4. You should pay the bill or your credit will be ruined. Its better that you pay off the bill. If you are not able to manage you can go for a debt consolidation company.

Here is the debt consolidation company http://ezconsolidation.com for your reference.

  5. If you don't pay, it will eventually go to collections. Then you can negotiate with the collection agency to pay less than that. It will reflect badly on your credit report.

You should continue to dispute the charges without paying them. Get copies of your paperwork. Verify that you were supposed to have text-ing. Stick to that don't relent. Try other resources than the main customer support phone. Send certified letters to VP of marketing or something like that explain that you were mis-represented. You need to know that person's name. The certified letters must be signed for. They show you're serious. They cost less than your cell phone bill. They are more likely to get attention than a plain old letter.

Make it public. Tell people how badly you were treated in an online forum or news paper editorial. I guarantee you'll hear from someone willing to negotiate just to shut you up. I've seen this work. It worked for me against a certain software monopoly when I had billing trouble with one of their MMORPG's.

    Good luck.

  6. Awesome.  No wonder we're in a credit crunch.  People paying $13,000 to play texting games.
