What happens if i put rubbing alcohol on a purple shirt?

I have this purple shirt that has deodorant stains on the chest. The stains are not white but they are clear (looks like greese stains.) I washed it and it still has the stains on the chest. Do you have any ways i can get them out? Any suggestions or tips?

Alcohol won't help this problem but Dawn dish detergent will.  Just rub some on the spot and rewash in the laundry.
