what if the non- custodial parent refuses to buy anything for the child during the visitation? this includes a child car seat, clothes, etc... the non- custodial parent doesn't pay child support and hasn't seen the 3 year old in two years. they said they don't need 2 of everything and wants to hold the custodial parent responsible for everything. the custodial parent refused to go to visitation because they were very concerned for the safety of the child even though the court ordered the visitation. what are the custodial parents options?

  1. You should have gone to the visitation hearing.  Just tell the judge that this parent doesn't pay any child support and that he doesn't buy anything that the baby needs.  I'm sorry but you can't refuse visitation if the judge approves it.

  2. G'Day mate if he don't pay he doesn't see the child it is as simple as that, he has to earn to have visitation rights, and what man wouldn't support his child he would have to be the biggest  f.u.c.k.  wit scum bag

He isn't thinking of the child,he doing it to spite you.NO MONEY NO CHILD.Cheers mate
