What happens if i restore factory settings "Exactly as if was when it left the factory"?

nope, itll keep YOUR files and change srttings back to nomral , say your ringtone will be what it was when you baught it and stufff , just your settings get reset

be very careful with that. if you dont have the needed start up cd's for the operating system and such, your computer will be no good. HP is the only brand tha ti know to where it has an internal recovery hard drive that is for restoring the factory settings on a computer, because it has all the files needed for the recovery in their which requires no cd's. i would give your manufacturing company a call with the pc's model in hand so they can tell you what u need to know. dont try anything like that if your not sure though

Edit - willox is wrong. it erases all your files and makes it brand new again. however it stores the files in another part of the computer which is in accessible. you dont have to worry unless you have illegal stuff. that part of the computer is what police seize to check. good luck again
