What happens if i revive "Guardian Sphinx" with "Premature Burial" and then flip "Guardian Sphinx" face down ?

Does "Guardian Sphinx" and "Premature Burial" are destroyed or only "Premature Burial" is destroyed ?

an equip card's effect only works on face-up cards. therefore, when you flip Guardian Sphinx face-down the effects of Premature Burialdon't affect it, so Premature Burial goes but Guardian Sphinx does not.

It disasosiates from prem and prem is destroyed. Sphynx stays on the field face down.

Only premature burial because by flipping guardian sphinx face down it cancels out the effect of premature thus only destroying premature

premature burial is destroyed and sphinx stays face-down. equip cards can only be equipped to face-up monsters. so if the equipped monster leaves the field or is flipped face-down, the equip card is destroyed. when premature burial is destroyed when sphinx was face-down, it doesn't destroy sphinx because it's no longer equipped to guardian sphinx

Guardian Sphinx stays facedown on the field and Premature Burial is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard.

But by destroying premature burial, the card it is equipped to is destroyed as well, so the sphinx WOULD be destroyed. PB HAS to be face up on the field for it's target to survive.
