  1. I have no idea what acetaminophen is but surely, if it is a prescription drug, the sensible thing to do would be to ask the pharmacist/ chemist who deals with you. Even if it isn't a prescription drug it might be sensible to ask him/her because when it comes to your healthcare and medication in particular, someone who knows your personal circumstances surely is a better choice than some random advice from the internet.


  2. They combine both in many common drugs, such as excedrin.  Just don't take more than the recommended dose of either.

  3. no problem. just don't take too much of either over a long period of time.

  4. Remember that they are blood thinners, so you could in fact have a bit of bleeding in the stomach. If you don't need them, don't take em.
