  1. .  There are 1 million cases ahead of you.  Yours is small potatoes for the criminal justice system.  Be respectful. Dress nice.  Don't swear or get mad.  The prosecutor will say bad things about you and you will want to yell.  You will get community service.  Go to the Homeless Center a couple of times and feed poor people so you can tell the judge that you did that.

You have to ask for a Defender Monday so she can get ready for your case. Ask the Clerk of the Superior Court.

  2. Will a stiff sentence make you never to do this again ?Are you sorry? I hope you say you are sorry to the people you ripped off.

  3. If a minor not much, your parents may be fined hundreds.

If an adult, first offense not much again, maybe work project. 2nd and 3rd offenses can send you to prison.

  4. Just be sure to appear at your court date and on time.  When you arrive, ask to be appointed an attorney from the Public Defenders Office, which is free of charge.  In the meantime, stay out of any trouble.

  5. You may go to Juvenile detention!
