What happens if (jury question)...

someone gets summoned for jury duty, they fill in the bubble for "Non-citizen" but still have to show up because they didn't send in a copy of their residency card or alien card?

What if they don't have one (meaning they're illegal) & don't show up to the summoned date?

Go to the court you are summoned to and ask the clerk of that court.

If they are here illegally then they won't get the summons.

It's very possible that a warrant will get issued for that person's arrest for not showing up for the summoned date.....
