What happens if no planets are in a house?

Question

I have no planets in houses 8, 6, or 5. Would the 'end of house 4' be considered house 5 because I have Saturn in Aquarius in the end of house 4.

well i was told that being at the end of a house it would get interpreted in both houses....your saturn in the fourth house.

Every house cusp in a chart has a sign in it on the wheel.  You need to look at the house # from 1-12 and see what sign the wheel is in.

According to the House sign is in, you can find out about that particular cusp.  

Ex.:  Say Aries is in the house of Scorpio, could mean according to the house sign, Aries, in the style of Scorpio

There are 10 planets and 12 houses... of course there are houses without planets.

If there are no planets in a particular house, it means the issues of that house are not as strongly felt by you, but you look to the sign on the leading cusp of the house to interpret your approach to the issues of that house.

Must be reading it wrong because there are always planets in a house.

You empty houses are ruled by the planet that rules the house cusp.

In 12 sign astrology:

The 5th house, Uranus

The 6th house Mars

The 8th house Venus

So, look at where those planets are located, their vibration and their sub-vibration (sign they are located in) and that house will have that feel and be influenced by other planets that are aspected to the ruler and transiting that house.

You won't have a planet in every house...Otherwise there'd be too much going on in your personality, you'd be so conflicted, haha. However, every house does have a sign, beginning with your Ascendant in the 1st house, and they are still very significant in determining certain parts of your life...Particularly the 4th/7th/10th houses, or houses that are strongly aspected.
