What happens if pizza hut doesnt deliver your order in 30 mins?

Just keep waiting!  (unfortunately!)  It was Dominos that used to give it to you free if it was over 30 minutes, but they quit that years ago.  It seems the usual wait time for a delivery pizza from any pizza place is around 30-45 minutes on a Friday or Saturday, while it's only 15-20 for other nights.

Nothing. And don’t lower the tip because there could be many, many reasons other than the driver’s fault as to why it took longer. Apparently some people are too ignorant to realize this.

Really nothing happens anymore. Most states have outlawed the actual 30 mins or less or its free campaign b/c the companies were having to pay higher insurance rates on their delivery drivers. The drivers were more at a risk of driving crazy and getting tickets and wrecks. Now days the 30 mins or less is just a slogan, but nothing legally can be done. I'm an attorney. Sorry to disappoint you.
