  1. not much actualy you'd be surprised

    i work at a resturant and we lost our lisence 4 times and all we do is go the next day to city hall and buy a new one (after we pay the fine)

  3. They won't be able to sell any alcohol beverages any more and that is the biggest part of their income. They might as well pack it in and sell the business.

  9. Obviously they can't sell alcohol. However, customers would be allowed to bring their own wine, so there's a way around it.

  10. They will not be able to sell alcohol,However you can take your own with you(with prior consent) to drink you will not be able to sell it.

  11. There is a lot of profit in booze, so they will probably eventually go out of business.

  12. They have to petition to get it back and appeal the decision. Many times this is difficult and you need a good lawyer that specializes in dealing with the liquor authority. It also depends on what led up to them losing the license and who the owner is, etc.
