What happens if some one is applying for a visa and she doesnt have strong ties as they want,any other iption?

No, if you can't prove strong ties you are pretty much out of luck.

as Rider   above said  you must prove very strong family ties  to your country    most denials are for not having strong  family and social  ties,fraudulent apps

The only other option would be to qualify and apply for a different kind of visa, like an employment based visa, or a student visa. Otherwise, there aren't any other options I can see, like the other two people who've answered.
