  1.             this happend to me in nevada.you will probably get your license revoked for a year and a fine around 1500$ and classes like the first time but more of them.california and new york are pretty strict though if you live in those states.i know it sucks and is stressfull but its not the end of the world just dont get a third.thats when you really get fu*ked.

  2. Depends on the State, were they Aggravated DWI's, How good of a lawyer do they have, and how lenient is the judge.

  3. You end up doing time in jail..

  4. In California it doesn't matter if it's within a few months.  It's whatever happens within a 10 year time frame (recently upgraded from 7).

    Second DUI Offense - CA

Probation: 3 to 5 years of Court Probation

Fines & Fees: A fine, including court fees and costs of $1800 to $2800

Drivers License: 2 Years loss of California drivers license

DUI School: DUI school required for 18 months.

Jail Time: Required minimum jail time of 96 hours.

  5. you get points on ur driver license. in CA if you get more than one D.U.I  you get your license taken away for awhile.

  6. Not enough as far as I'm concerned.  It's scary to be a responsible driver knowing that at any minute a drunk can take your life away.

How about calling a cab or getting someone to take you home or crashing at someones place (instead of another car)?  A car can always be picked up later when sober.

  7. How good is your attorney?  The possibilities are endless, as are the considerations and arguments on both sides of the trial.

  8. jail time
