I've been in casino/hotels many times with my parents and I've seen the signs that say anyone under 21 is not allowed to loiter in the gaming areas. I'm just wondering what would happen if I were to "loiter" and got IDed? I have some friends who might be going to Vegas for New Years and I'll be a few weeks away from my 21st birthday. Even if they go, I probably won't be going with. It just made me curious about the consequences. Would I simply be asked to move along?

  1. Without knowing the laws in Vegas, I would guess that you would be asked to leave and if you don't then you could possibly be charged with trespassing.

  2. the will boot you and if you win they wont pay

  3. They just would tell you to walk around.

    (I went to Las Vegas)

  4. At our casino you're asked to leave

  5. There's a lot of factors at play here.  But if you are not drinking or gambling, odds are they will simply ask you to leave.  They may back up that request by having security escort you off the premises.

Their top priority is to check for under age people gambling or drinking because that can be a huge risk to their business.  So just being there, and not doing anything makes you less likely to be IDed.

  6. gets chucked out or gets banned from the casino

  7. i think they would just tell you to leave. unless you're causing trouble after that i don't think they do anything. are you talking, like if youre under 21 and start gambling and get caught? if youre standing around and you look young, they will probably ask to see your ID and tell u to leave. if you're playing, i have no clue.

  8. they will only kick u out its nothing to worry about also if u hit big keep a friend close so they can claim your winnings if you hit too big they will probably deny even paying your friend off thpough
