  1. Not only does the unlicensed driver have to pay thousands of dollars for tickets and recovery, but that person may also end up in jail for a while. If that person owns a license but didn't have it at the time, then that person will get a ticket for not carrying a license, but usually it can be dismissed if a copy of the license is faxed within 24 hours. I found that this works in NY but not surrounding states who have much stricter driving rules.  


  2. Either the other driver will have you pay the bill to fix his car, or they will take you to court and sue you. And if the police are called you will get a ticket for no insurance.

    *edit* opps you said "No liscense". The same as above but you'll get a ticket for no drivers liscense and it will be suspened longer.

  3. call the police and have the person arrested.
