what will happen if the MyoD protein is expressed in a non-muscle cell, such as a fibroblast?

  1. In a fibroblast either nothing, or it may halt the cell cycle.

    In a stem cell, it may act as an inducer of muscle differentiation.

    This a wicked question and I am  rusty in this particular field,so I am only guessing.
