What is in the bags and should I throw the soup away??

  1. The bags include the "giblets" - the livers, kidneys, heart- and the paper bags are edible, wax paper- so you can fish them out and just throw away, or take out the giblets and cut up and add to the soup. It will be OK- nothing harmful.
