What would happen... to wildlife, agriculture, towns,cities, animals......... if climate were to change from (example) 75 degrees to 15 degrees in seconds....

  1. flash frozen death for small creatures. rest of us would be ok


  2. Polar ice caps would probally cover teh earth instead of just that little area and Are source for water and food would die out and  the core of the planet would freeze causing  massive solar/UV light Damage because are atmosphere would slowly disappear propbally

  3. Happened to me within hours when I lived in the mountains....I put on a coat and hat.  It was winter, so no plant or animal life was harmed.  

    To answer your question properly, you have to state how long the temperatures had hovered around the 75 degree range, what time of year this takes place, duration of the cold spell, location....if it happened in late Spring, after a week of mild weather, entire crops could be lost to the freeze.  If the cold snap didn't last long, animal loss would be minimal, as they could feed on the dying vegetation while the slower shoots began to grow.  Life in the city wouldn't miss a beat.
