  1. Answer to question:

I would think they would bury him.

  2. It's the end of an era. Everything closes down. The tv is only emperor news. There are some royal adviser people who pull all the strings. These people are the ones to come up with the name for the new era for the new emperor. I lived in Japan when Hirohito died and the Showa era ended. Because I was in Japanese public school, we had days off which was cool but tv was really boring. One day the advisers made up their minds, it's now Heisei era and things went back to normal. The money that year has Heisei-gannen on it (first year of Heisei era). Same thing will happen when this one bites the dust. His eldest will take over and things will shut down and a new era will begin.

  3. More sushi for the people in Japan!

  4. the same thing that happens to everyone else that dies;he will cease to live.

  5. The same thing that happened when previous emperor died, the next in line, usually his son, will become the new emperor

  6. The same thing that happened when previous emperor died, the next in line, usually his son, will become the new emperor.
