Er nothing.  If you are talking about inside a woman's v****a on the other hand -- they race to the egg -- the first sperm there wins, because the egg becomes impervious to all other penetration at the time one enters it.

About the same thing that would happen if you spit on the floor, and your friend spits on the same spot. Nothing but a wet mess. Probably on a microscopic level, the sperm cells might interact in some way, or the acidity of one might be higher, causing stress on the other's swimmers. Of course, once it dries, they all die anyway!
