What happens if two kids are caught by the cops fighting and NO weapons are used ?

Would there be any charches filed against them or anything sereouse?

  1. If neither kid (or their parents) wants to file charges, then there would be assault charge. However, the officer could charge both kids with Disorderly Conduct by Fighting. Chances are he'd rather take both kids home and deliver them to their parents than do the paperwork on the criminal charges.

  4. yes their could be most likely they would just take them home and let the parents deal with them. but they could be charged with battery it does depend on how young the kids are
