  1. Obtaining a student visa might be your fastes recourse, the following site will give you more information on options available (http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1268.html). The best thing that you can do is consult a reputable attorney that specializes in immigration law. In 2006, the U.S. Census Bureau estimated that about 0.8 percent of the U.S. population was of American Indian or Alaska Native descent, that means everyone else are descendants of immigrants either by legal or illegal entry. In fact this country was founded by illegal entry and by force (there was no law to enforce it at the time). All current laws were enacted by descendants of illigal immigrants. I guess it's all about the survival of the fittest or meanest. We shoould all educate ourselves about history before making crude and hateful comments, just shows how much intelligence you are lacking.

  2.  I find it terrible how people on this site are treating you. It is not his fault, when he was 4 years old he couldn't have possibly decided to cross the border illegally. Also what most Americans do not understand is that many illegal immigrants come here with a visa, then it expires. I don't know if this is the case with you but I know that in the process of waiting for a green-card or citizenship, you receive a Tax-ID. With this you pay taxes just like a normal citizen, but without social security benefits. This means most illegal immigrants are a benefit to the US. I would say that going back to your original country or another country with colleges would be the best bet, for now. Currently it is very difficult to receive legal status in less than 5 years. Go to a college in the country you were born in, and apply as a foreign exchange student in the US. Do not listen to the anti-illegal immigration hatred. People just don't understand why people risk everything to come here. This truely is a land of opportunity and prosperity but some things are just not available to certain people. Good Luck!
