In Germany it is not like in the US, teenagers drink quite a lot, however there are some restrictions to buy (in some stores) and to enter bars if you are under 16

Nothing really in Hungary. It is not a crime to consume alcohol. The crime is to sell it to people below 18. (It’s the same with cigarette.)

You usually end up with a fine and maybe spend a night in jail...... but it depends on where you live and what the laws are there!
