Not unless it was pure silver and you bit it hard enough to get it into its blood stream. But it would probably kill you long before you got a chance to bite it.

I don't know if its enough to kill it, but it should probably be pure silver and not silver-colored.

Wouldn't you have a hard time getting so close to a werewolf?
