  1. It's too late.  You are legally contracted under the terms and conditions to buy.

  2. We ordered an accessory for the wrong  x box.

We explained it to the seller and he insisted the item was sold to us and there is no chance of changing the order or changing our mind.

  3. It's yours, hoss ... you can re-sell it on Ebay yourself, but you can't punish the seller for YOUR buyer's remorse.

Be a man ... you bid it, you buy it.

  4. you can retract your bid but you are limited to the amount of times you can do this

you have to state a reason aswell.

    hope this helped.

  5. small claims court to force you to uphold the contract you entered into.

  6. too late, I forgot to put reserve on a camera in the past and had to sell it for a cheap price which I was gutted about, but me and the buyer have a good old chuckle about it now and have stayed in touch.

Possible solution -Put it back on e-bay after and make sure you get your price back

    Sorry.

  7. Your bound by contract, but if you get in touch with the buyer/seller you may be able to come to a mutual agreement, in which case the seller has the right to cancel your bid, but if its already bought you most likely will have to resell on Ebay. More often than not i have got an article that i did not like and had to resell, but its not often either you will make a profit, so bid wisely and use your head next time.
