What happens if you delete items from your shopping cart on Bidz.com? Will you be banned from the site?

If you win a bids on Bidz.com and you take items out of your shopping cart will you be banned from the site? I bought very expensive jewelry for my daughters... numerous items. Some they liked very much...others they don't like. Please help a Grandma of 4, mother of 3 daughters.
