You are stuck paying ebay fees, which means you are in the negative $ bracket. You can relist again if you choose to.

You have two choices: relist the item for free or withdraw the item and try again later

If your listing ends without a winning buyer, you may qualify for a credit by relisting the item. If the item sells the second time, eBay will refund the Insertion Fee for relisting.

This offer only applies to the Insertion Fee and not other fees for options such as Bold, Highlight, etc. After your relisted item is sold, you will be charged the applicable Final Value Fee.

You can re-list it, keep it, give it away, burn it. Whatever you want.  But if you are trying to sell it, I would re-list it.
