I could only see the following violation: N.J.S.A. 39:4-14.3d, More than one person on a motorized bicycle, 2 points.  I did not see anything about the number of passengers for young drivers in the New Jersey Driver's Manual.

you burn a lot more gas for one.

you might get a ticket if someone is not wearing a safety belt.

and of course, someone might pass gas and it is all over man !
