Don't worry, the eggs won't hatch inside your stomach.  They will be destroyed by your stomach's enzymes and acids.  Yummy. :(

the cockroach babies will hatch in side of you... some will start families of their own in the various parts of your body where they choose.. some will escape through your nose, eyes, ears, and.... somewhere else. some will spend their lives wondering joyfully through you and watching tv  with you. some will become your friends and some will become your enemies.. watch out for those. well first of all, why on earth would you eat a cockroach in the first place. second of all, i doubt it would even matter because the cockroach would be dead after being chewed in your mouth.

man i don't even want to think about that. EW!

First, how do you know its pregnant?   Well, it's better than eating saturated fats, just gross and nasty.  Keep it up
