  1. taken back to the ward.

  2. If you were mandated by the law to be there you will be taken back...if you encounter the police If you signed yourself in voluntarily then perhaps nothing. As long as you are not a threat to yourself or others and were a voluntary patient. You can refuse treatment in some cases and just go..usually the Phsyciatrist has to make that determination first though.

  3. :P

  4. I think it depends on if you are there on your own free will or if you've been committed.  Free will, you can sign out against medical advice.  Commited, not so much.

I'm sure they just take you back unless you've gone on some crazy killing spree.

  5. I suppose you'd be captured and taken back. Are you planning anything?

  6. Only if you get caught.  Good Luck, pal!  I'm routing for you.

    P. S.  I hope you're not a serial killer nutcase, just a misunderstood nutcase.

  7. Escape?

  8. ...you end up on yahoo answers asking this question!

  9. they hunt you down and lock you back up in the ward

  10. You get hit by a car while trying to run across the street to get to freedom. Seriously, that's what happened to me early one morning. I was driving past a hospital and this man came out of no where and I hit him. He had escaped from the mental ward. The police took a statement from me and sent me on my way. I guess after they stitched him up, they sent him back to the mental ward.

  11. They take you back to the ward.

  12.   Depends on what you were placed there for.  Example if it was for murder or rape or kidnapping and you had sense enough to escape seems like you will be reevaluated, but if you were there to stop you from harming yourself, then you will go back there.

  13. YOU GET REPOSSESSED

  14. if you escape, they will come find you, and then you will go back, esp. if court ordered.

how that affects any pending court cases depends on the nature of the court case itself, you didn't say so I won't guess.

  15. They take you back.  If was court ordered then you would have go back to court and they would most likely keep you their longer.  In any case you would be mentally re evaluated.  They would also move you to a maximum security ward if one existed in that hospital.

Umm, planning anything we should know about?
