  1. usually jail.it he gets caught trying to cheat a p**s test, usually jail.probation is a gift.it can be taken away any time.

  2. hes probably going to juvi.

  3. Depending on the State and county he can be put back in Juvy jail for violation of probation. More than likely this will happen and if not they will just extend his probation and make his life a living h**l. It is his fault so hope he wakes up.

  4. Congratulations! You've just won a free trip BACK to the Steel Bar Hotel! It's called violation of probation. Your "friend" is an idiot.

  5. oops, need I say more??

  6. It depends on the rules of his probation, but a good bet is that it will be revoked and he will be sent to jail for getting caught using drugs.

  7. probation was plan A

    jail is plan B.

plan A failed, now its on to B.

He violated the terms of his probation, therby violating his plea agreement and sentencing. He will now be given the alternative, jail.

  8. Sorry, but if he fails that test he's going to jail. If he's stupid

enough to put himself in that position there's nothing you

    can do for him.

  9. he goes to the slammer

  10. Your friend needs help. You should tell someone.

  11. His Probation Officer will start the proceedings to have his probation revoked and he will go to jail.

  12. First of all, most probation officers are lazy and don't test on every visit. I was a case manager for a mental health agency and had to deal with several probation/parole officers. I knew that some of my clients were using but their PO was not testing them even though they had drug convictions! Usually for the first offense, they got a stern warning. Some were violated and it went to the judge and they had to spend a few days in jail and go to outpatient rehab. I would advise you to tell his mom and get him help....drug addiction is not an easy thing to break. He needs help...his PO will be happy to hear that he is getting treatment.
