What happens if you get on a plane and don't come back?

If you get on a plane to another country and do not return, what happens, do people come looking for you to take you back to your home country, what is the procedure if this occurs?

Usually the immigration authorities in the destination country will detain you and return you.  They will search with varying degrees of effort, depending on the country.  It would be rare that operatives of your home country would be allowed to come looking for you.

Unless someone reports you missing to the embassy of your country or to the police in the last known place you went to, probably nothing. Otherwise, they'll issue a missing person's report and keep an eye out for you, but that's about it, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
