What happens if you get scared half to death, twice?

I've always thought this was an interesting question. Anyone care to voice their opinions? Go for it!

maybe you like recover over time, or maybe its half the life you already have so if it happens twice you have a quarter left and then if it happens again an eighth so in theory you'll never die but you'll just be stupidly close. but really who knows

Ok if you get scared HALF to deaf........ you are half way there......... yes? Meaning now all that remains is one half of the way you must go in order to reach death. So then later you are scared HALF to death again......... meaning now THAT half is..... well...... halved. WHICH means you are now at 1/4th of the capacity you started with.

So..... logic (lol if you can call it that) says that if you get scared half to death twice..... you still have 1/4th to go until you finally reach death. ;)

(Let's hope we don't get there for a while lol)

Ahhh, the theory of multi-dimensional fear...

You've not heard of that?

All to do with the fractal wossnames of time, space and direction. Technically, whenever you get scared half to death, you're at a specific location - a measurable point in every direction - time and space. Your body knows this, which means you can either be scared a fraction of the way to death, or all the way to death, at a given spacio-temporal location.

In every second that passes, you are technically at a slightly different spacio-temporal location, because your position in time has moved on one second. When you can be scared a fraction of the way to death, or the whole way to death, all over again.

That's why, despite the fact that ordinary, bog-standard maths would suggest that if you get scared half to death twice, you die, in real, multi-dimensional terms, you can be scared half to death as many times as your heart and mind can stand ;o)
