  1. You claim on their employment liability insurance. If unsure talk to you car insurance company who will always give you assistance.

  2. They've got insurance that will cover it. I'm not sure if each valet works like this but I had my car valet and the bumper got torn off when they parked it on top of a cement block (smart) and they just had me go get an estimate from any body shop I chose. They had me fax them the estimate and they then sent me a check for the amount on the estimate.

  3. they pay

  4. You mean after I stomped his butt?

  5. they pay, all of them have insurance

  6. There insurance pays..

  7. They should assume all responsibility provided they dont try and weasel out of it and say it was already there. Alot of places also have security cams on there valets and parking areas for safety reasons. I would also for sure call the police and get a police report. Those things look good if it goes to court later on.

  8. Hehe, this was the same case that happened to me (I would be assumed to become the valet). As a fresh automotive personnel, I remembered once bumped a customer's vehicle into another because I forgot to free the gear, and the car hopped forth. Since the company didn't want to help me cover (how selfish) and I had no insurance, I had no choice but to get the internal side to help me settle the problem of finance. So I took both cars to the bodyworks, and got them both amended. If I'm the owner of the car, I'll still forgive him, but I'd like him to help me get the damage fixed, with the help of  his insurance policy. However, if it's due to DUI or drowsiness, I'd have to have him arrested for dangerous driving.

  9. Their employer will pay for it.
