  1. Don't bet on the first answer depending what state you are in. If you split with him he may very well be responsible for supporting the child as if he is the biological father. The longer he acts as the child's father the more chance this could be the case. You (he) should talk to a attorney in your state.


  2. first of all no one apart from the father can sign the birth certificate he is not the father so he has no rights only the true father does and yes if the real father wants to see the child he can and take you to court over it to but don't forget he must also pay for the child to.
