What happens if you have a transfer scholarship, but don't transfer?

Does any one know what happens if you have a transfer scholarship for a two year, but don't transfer out into a four year university? Or does it just depend on the scholarship?

I'm wondering, just in case you were, because one of my classes was dropped for this up coming semester. I'm worried that I won't find a class to replace it with. If I don't I won't be able to graduate this year with my associates and thus unable to move on to a university.

Ideas and funny anedotes welcome!

  1. Nothing happens.  You don't get the money.

Nothing funny about that.  Enroll in another class to compensate (be sure it will make you graduate).  There is no guarantee you'll get the scholarship if you have to reapply next semester.
