What happens if you have more then 2 kids in China?

However there are exceptions to the one child polity that can let you have 3 kids, one being if you are from a ethnic minority background.

well if u have more than one kid u have to aborted or if u r in danger if u get a abortion u get a fine for example i was a 2nd child and my mom got a 3000 dollar fine for it. the most unfair part of the rule is that even if the first kid in the family is a step son/daughter he/she still counts un less the woman is over 35 or so

They don't kill you. You usually get fined. There's 3 kids in my family, (including me) and we're all born in china, I didn't get killed..

so rich people can have more then one kid. If you are too poor they may force abortion. Back in the DAY around Maos time i bet they did kill a few though... to be totally honest... But not anymore...I think...

BUT SOMETIMES THEY LET YOU HAVE 2 KIDS!

If you are in Rural areas you can have 2 if your first kid is a girl and if the next one is a girl too bad...

IF you were an only child growing up in China before a certain year you can have 2 kids.

and if you are an ethnic minority (IE: not han Chinese) you can have as many as you want.

if both parents are only child in their families. they can have no more than 2 otherwise they'll get fined. but the ppl in the country can get away with it all. coz this regulation is just a sh*t in the countryside of China, nobody cares how many children you have. it works for the city residences, tho.

I think they can kill you but the put u up for adoption and then if no one wants u they kill you

i think the one child law is still in tact. but after you realize that you are having a second child... i believe the goverment will try to have you get an abortion. and you probably will be fined for not following the rules. my friend was the illegal second child so her family immigrated to the USA.

My mother is an official to handle this issue. They may forced the pregnant women to undergo an abortion.
