Seriously... NASA had this problem while on the launch site for one of their first manned missions. The urine leaked through and short circuited a lot electrics. After that they developed a special crystal that had the ability to absorb large amounts of liquids (ie: a couple bladders full) and put it in an adult diaper.

Basically, they use NASA-level diapers. Just like in diapers, a gel-like substance is injected in the diapers. This gel is capable of absorbing 6 to 7 times it's volume in liquid without losing it's semi-solid consistency.
