What happens if you sign up for a class, don't pay?

what happens if you sign up for a class, don't pay for it and don't go. will they simply drop you if you're unable to drop yourself (due to technical reasons)?

Depends on the school iteselfs regulations however most will keep you inrolled and count it against your GPA
