  1. Tell her to call the court house, and talk to who ever handles the Jury. They will be able to send her another summons in the mail and all should be well.. If you miss Jury duty you can be held in contempt of court..

  2. Contact your County Clerk immediately because if that person doesn't show up by 5:00p.m.,the court will swear out an arrest warrant so they can get picked up by the county sheriff.

  3. She can call the court, explain the situation and they will be able to give her the information she needs.

  4. Contact the Jury pool room at the court house. explain the

dog ate my homework story. Hopefully they will by it and

reschedule. However if not. She has a problem with the

county prosecutor called contempt of court.

  5. If the form was delivered by mail, without being signed for or certified, it would be hard to hold her accountable. However it would be a good idea for her to simply call the court house in the county she is a registered voter and they will tell her what she needs to do. If there is proof that it was received at her address she could be charged with failure to comply to the summons or charged with contempt of court.

  6. i think she could get in trouble

  7. Some jurisdictions will issue a bench warrant for your arrest, unless you can talk your way out of it, you are in contempt of court.
