What happens if you stap jet turbines to your feet?

i wanted to know if you strap micro jet engines to your feet would it lift you up ?and where can you get a rocket thruster for personal flight?

It'll probably tear your legs off... Several hundred pounds of thrust on human legs... you'd never be able to stabalize yourself.
