depends on the state you are in and the regulations on that state.  Most people you buy from will know the date you license expires.  No matter what it is against regulations to fraudulently use your resale lecense and there are consequences if you get caugh for you and in some states the wholes sale company you purchased things from.  You really need to go to your state tax board and find out.  Most of all, just fill out the paperwork to renew you resale license ASAP to avoid any issues!!!!!!
