Asuming you mean a window unit, you will be throwing hot air into the building. Also, water condensation will drip into the building.

You will move the heat and humidity into another area of the building.  If it's like an office in a large warehouse, you could probably do it, but you'll need to catch the water or guide it to a drain.

HVAC Tech.: The heat level in the building will rise. The a/c only moves heat from one place to another. As the heat level rises the unit will become less efficient to operate.

nothing. the chilled air the unit puts out will be matched by the warm air it discharges. if you add in the heat of compression, the air temp will actually get warmer.
