  1. I wear contacts...your eyes will NOT explode. Your contacts will be very irratating and you would probably have trouble seeing out of them. That's what I think....I KNOW your eyes will NOT explode!

  2. They're supposed to last for 2 weeks, but I usually wear them for 3 weeks and it's pretty fine. 3 weeks is probably the maximum.

But anyways, I knew someone who had a 2-week pair and she wore them for 3 months and her eyes were SOOO red and infected and she could hardly see much. Turned out she had a serious eye infection and lost sight in one of her eyes!

  3. its dangerous because over time you will make your eyes worse. and also sometimes you can catch pink eye from using your contacts for so long.

  4. The contact lenses are rated to last for two weeks, which mean their strength will eventually wear down.... but having said that... I always overuse my lenses.  I should not.  The doctor's do not recommend it at all.  Also if you leave your lenses in without cleaning them and giving your eyes a break like you're supposed to then air will not get to your eyes and you willl get a corneal ulcer....WHICH HURTS LIKE A

B_ _ _H!  You have to have an antibiotic eye drop to cure it and cannot wear lenses while they heal.  Anyway, I recommend if you cannot afford new lenses to take them out daily or every other day and allow your eyes to breathe and the lenses soak in the solution that cleanses them.  This will lengthen the life of your lenses.

  5. Well, if you do it, you will save money because when you are blind you don't need contacts anymore.

If you don't have the money to wear contacts right, and be smart enough to know the consequences, then stick with glasses.

You can cause very serious damage to your corneas , including ulcers that are painful , and can lead to blindness.
