What happens if you wear the wrong bra size when you're younger?

Nothing. I was wearing the wrong one for almost 13 years. I've always had bad posture, even before I started wearing bras, but a correct fitting bra can help to correct this and help you stand straight.

Other than that, there are no ill-effects of wearing the wrong size, small or big. I haven't noticed any at least, and 13 years is a long time.
