  1. Nothing.  Lots of people get pregnant when they are on the pill.  You should stop taking it as soon as you know you are, but if you take it for a couple of weeks it will be ok.

  2. i heard your baby doesnt get affected by the pills.

  3. i was on the patch while i got pregnant.

My midwife told me, you either keep the pregnancy or you misscarry, there is no inbetween (which she ment defects)

and although i still worry about it even though i don't have to haha

she always assures me that tons of babies have been concieved while the mothers were using birth controls and they all turned out fine.

  4. There is always a chance for something, but luckily that is why we have modern medicine.  You should be fine, I was on birth control when I got pregnant and was on it for a full month afterward.  My daughter is beautiful, two and very advanced for her age (lets hope she applies it well)... I would say go to the doc... You need the actual words from them!  Congrats!  It's a beautiful thing! :)

  5. Fortunately, taking the pills doesn't cause any harm to the fetus.  I was almost 3 months pregnant before I knew, and had taken my BC pills the whole time.  My doctor assured me that everything was fine.  BC pills will not cause any birth defects...you're ok! :-)
