What happens if you win the Rolex?

everything, the dressage, showjumping, and cross country, what do you get?

like a trophy and money?

or a trophy and some sort of contract?

You get sponsorships with Rolex and whoever else sponsors.  You will get a good deal of money. Of course a nice trophy and beautiful Rolex watch plus the fame of winning at Rolex and if you are aiming for the Olympics which most of the higher level people riding these events, you are almost guaranteed a spot on the olympic team (there are more qualifying events, though, so that is not the only one).

The winner receives a watch and a trophy, as well as the winner's share of the purse prize- which has been upwards of 50 to 100k in recent years.  They also get sponsorships from the company, and can qualify for other competitions like the Olympics and the WEG. Lastly, there is an enormous amount of prestige attached to winning this particular event- in some ways, it has surpassed the Olympics in importance.
