  1. well i dont think they will sue you or anything but as far as i know they do charge fees im not sure how much but they will keep adding more the longer you leave it -100 and i recomend that you DO NOT have money put in your bank account unless you are going to pay them off my husband did that one had a check go direct deposit and they took every penny he had to pay them off....

  2. your account goes in to the negative an yu hve to pay over draft fees + the $100

  3. Banks are all different on this. Some banks charge a fee for each day that the account is overdrawn and some don't. In most cases you have 30-60 days to bring the account to a zero or positive balance. If you don't they will close the account and send it to the recovery department. The recovery department will try to collect the money for about 14 days. If the account is not settled then it will be turned over to a collection agency and reported against your credit. It will automatically be reported to chex systems, which will prevent you from writing checks or opening any other bank accounts until it is taken care of. Hope this helps. E-mail me if you have any more questions.

  4. YOU WILL PAY OVERDRAFT FEES OF $35 ON TOP OF THE 100 DOLLARS THEN IF IT STAY IN THE NEGATIVE FOR LIKE MORE THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS YOU GET CHARGED WITH MORE FEES.
