  1. How do you drive and no insurance or do you just look at it parked.

  2. Well if you think about it, it's the person that has insurance fault if you want those cars paid for.

  3. Doesn't matter that the loss occurred on private property, at least here in the US.  Your neighbor is responsible for the damage to your parked vehicle.  How were you at fault?

The only problem you may have is if you live in a No Pay, No Play state.  If you do, they MAY not pay for your damages.  However, this is usually limited to non-economic losses.

  4. if your car was the one struck it will be the fault of the person whos car hit you. If your car was parked, even if it was uninsured, it is the liability of the owner of the car that initiated the damage.

i hit an uninsured parked truck and had to pay for it through my insurance.

  5. you are supposed to collect as much as resource as you can by searching the relevant keyword in search engine,if you have good luck there, then your problem solved.however,if you could not find the fitful answer by doing that, here is the resource i prefered.http://car-insurance.easyideas4u.info/ca...

  6. The neighbor should pay since it was their car that caused the damage. So, what are you doing without insurance?
